Frequently Asked Questions

How often is the data updated?

Our pipeline runs continuously throughout the day. New signals are ingested hourly, extractions run every 30 minutes, and the convergence engine processes clusters hourly. Insights are regenerated daily.

What data sources do you use?

We ingest from thousands of global sources including government energy department filings, grid connection queue databases, industry news wires, project developer announcements, regulatory filings, and specialised energy databases across 142 countries.

How accurate is the project data?

Each project is assigned a confidence score (0-1) based on the number of corroborating signals, source reliability tiers, and extraction quality. Projects with scores above 0.8 typically have multiple independent confirmations. Source reliability uses a 3-tier classification: government sources, industry media, and OSINT.

Can I export data for use in my own tools?

Yes. Pro plans and above include CSV and PDF exports. Team plans include GeoJSON export for direct import into GIS tools like QGIS and ArcGIS. All export formats are also available via the API.

How do API keys work?

You can generate API keys from your account settings. Keys use the prefix "rem_" and are hashed on our servers — the full key is only shown once at creation. You can create multiple keys and revoke them individually. Rate limits and project-per-request limits are determined by your plan.

Do you offer custom integrations?

Enterprise plans include custom integrations, dedicated support, and SLA guarantees. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

What regions do you cover?

We track renewable energy projects globally across 142 countries, covering solar, wind, hydro, grid infrastructure, and energy storage. Coverage is strongest in markets with high renewable energy activity including Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and the Middle East.
