Terms of Service

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or authentication mechanisms
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data without prior written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service outside of the provided API
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation

The Service offers Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans with varying feature sets and usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your designated payment method for recurring subscription fees.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Usage limits are enforced in real-time and may result in reduced functionality if exceeded.

API access is subject to your plan's rate limits and project-per-request limits. API keys are issued per-user and must not be shared or embedded in client-side code. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used in violation of these Terms.

We provide the API "as is" and may modify endpoints, request/response formats, or rate limits with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility for versioned endpoints (e.g., /api/v1/).

All data provided through the Service is derived from publicly available sources and our proprietary analysis pipeline. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data.

The Service, including its software, design, algorithms, and documentation, is our proprietary intellectual property. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. Data you export via the API or download features is licensed for your internal use only, unless otherwise agreed in an Enterprise agreement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
